The Greenwood Fellows is a nine-month leadership development program that seeks to equip recent college graduates to enter the workforce with exceptional professional skills. Just as we desire for our Fellows to receive employment from top-notch businesses, we also desire to provide you with high-caliber employees who are competent and teachable.

What Greenwood Fellows Provides

• Motivated recent college graduates ready to contribute, learn, and grow professionally.

• Ongoing leadership and professional development through the Greenwood Fellows curriculum.

• A structured formation experience that helps Fellows develop communication, self-awareness, work ethic, adaptability, and leadership skills.

What We Ask of Business Partners

• Provide 20–25 hours of paid work per week for the duration of the Fellows program.

• Offer meaningful, substantive work that allows the Fellow to contribute to the organization, not simply observe

• Help the Fellow grow in both character and competency as an early-career professional.

• Maintain enough schedule flexibility for the Fellow to participate fully in required Greenwood Fellows programming, retreats, and development experiences.

• Partner with Greenwood Fellows staff through periodic check-ins and feedback about the Fellow's progress.

• Commit to creating a workplace experience where a young professional can work hard, make mistakes, receive feedback, and grow.
